Who are we?
Smart Creative Care is a Berkshire-based Supported Living Agency run by former carers and nurses practitioners with decades of experience delivering high-quality care.
We aim to promote choice for all would be service users and will endeavour to ensure that they are supported to make informed choices and be involved in all decisions about their care.
What does Smart Creative Care do?
Basing our operations in South England, we provide Supported Living services to adults aged 16+. We deliver a focused package to suit the needs of the individual aiming to facilitate a good balance between independence and support.
We also aim to provide a flexible and efficient, good value for money service in the best interest of all clients and other stakeholders. In addition, it is also our aim to provide high standards of care to our clients wherever they may be, including in the comfort of their homes.
